None. Groundwork MH does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal information on external servers. There is no sign-up, no account, no analytics SDK, and no advertising framework in the app.
Everything you enter in Groundwork MH — entries, logs, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.
If you have iCloud Backup or device backups enabled, your app data may be included in those backups. Those backups are managed entirely by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; we have no access to them.
Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details, or billing information. Apple provides us only with anonymized transaction records needed to unlock premium features on your device.
Groundwork MH may allow you to record information related to your mental health and wellbeing. This information is treated the same as all other app data: it stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
We do not share data with third parties, because we do not have your data. The app contains no third-party trackers, ad networks, or analytics services.
Groundwork MH is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — as described above.
If our data practices ever change (for example, if a future version adds an optional sync feature), we will update this policy and note the change in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
