These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Groundwork MH mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Groundwork Premium") or one-time purchase, processed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not liable for loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, deletion of the App, or failure to maintain backups.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of it.
Content in the App — including any prompts, exercises, educational material, or tracking features — is provided for informational and self-organizational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
