Privacy Policy

Section 1The Short Version

Septic Inspector Pro does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers. Everything you enter into the app — inspections, checklist findings, notes, photos, client names, property addresses, and your company profile — is stored only on your device.

Section 2Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following information locally, in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad, solely so the app can function:

• Inspection records you create: property addresses, client names, dates, system details, checklist statuses, and notes.
• Photos you attach to checklist items, taken with the camera or chosen from your photo library.
• Your report branding profile: your name, company name, license number, phone, and email, which appear only on reports you generate.

None of this information leaves your device unless you choose to share it — for example, when you export a PDF report and send it by email, message, or another share option. What you share, and with whom, is entirely under your control.

Section 3Camera and Photo Library

The app requests camera access only when you choose to photograph an inspection finding, and photo library access only when you choose to attach an existing photo. Photos are saved into the app's local storage and are never uploaded anywhere by the app.

Section 4Purchases

The optional lifetime unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Section 5Analytics and Third Parties

The app contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized statistics (such as download counts) through App Store Connect; these contain no personal information and cannot identify you.

Section 6Children's Privacy

Septic Inspector Pro is a professional trade tool intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Section 7Data Deletion

Because all data lives on your device, you can delete any record inside the app at any time, or remove all app data permanently by deleting the app. There is no copy on any server to request deletion of.

Section 8Changes to This Policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the effective date above revised before that version is released.
